Refund Policy
Refunds for any type or size of book purchase must be requested in writing within 30 days from the date of purchase. If an order has already been shipped by Strategic Financial Concepts (the company), the purchaser must return the unused books in new condition (or no credit will be given) via UPS or FedEx (to include a tracking number.) Returned books will incur a restocking fee equal to 50% of the original purchase price. No refunds of any kind will be granted for book orders older than 30 days from the date of purchase, regardless of whether books were ordered via the internet, the phone, or at a workshop. Once an individual attends a workshop, there will be no refunds for workshop fees for any reason or at any time.
